Essay #2 (Review)

My essay on the song Talk by Coldplay is rhetorical. I did not put a thesis, pretty much because I forgot. I think I made it clear to what the argument of the lyrics are with; “in the future where will I be?” It really hits me because at this point in my life I am completely unsure of where I am headed and what I am going to be doing.
I think I have I have given good examples to support how I relate to the video.
- “I’m so scared about the future and I wanna talk to you”
- You can climb a ladder up to the sun Or write a song nobody has sung”
I could have given more, separate examples. Towards the end of my essay I seem to overlap what I had written earlier in the essay.
I feel as if I provided enough analysis to support why I chose the certain lyrics that I did. It’s a pretty easy song to relate to.

-“I’m so scared about the future and I wanna talk to you” you can take and use for a friend, the man in the moon or God
Again, I could have slipped into more detail than just a general overview of different lyrics but the same point. Whether you try something again and again, or do something completely off the charts; whatever makes you happy is what you should do. I also like this statement because you should live for yourself and not try to make everybody else around you happy because you will never be happy. Do it for you and what you want.
